I can't thank Brain Gavin enough for the beautiful photo jewellery piece, the quality was absolutely amazing!!! From start to finish, i was extremely impressed with the communication, level of service and care to my particular needs as it was a piece that was extremely important for my husband for our wedding day, i was under a time frame and Belle Fever went above and beyond to deliver in time for us without any compromise to quality. I will be forever thankful to the team for this. Can't wait to purchase again :)

Beautiful diamond
Got my engagement ring, the quality and the make of the ring is absolutely beautiful, I couldn’t stop looking at it. I am a return customer, fully trust BGD. The reason I only give a 4 star because there was some communication problems, initially I was told the ring will take 3 weeks to make follow by postage. However the CAD took more than 2 weeks to come through my email, I immediately responded. Then a week or 2 later I emailed for an update, and my first email was ignored and second email I was bluntly told it needs minimal another 2 weeks to make the ring. Then 2 weeks later I had to email again for another update. We were not in a hurry to receive the ring, we were not upset the ring took double the time, but we were just hoping to get more prompt responses, so we could at least have an idea on what’s going on. Also, I was really hoping to purchase Black range in the cushion shape, the whole inventory only has 1 diamond that meets my selection for me to choose from, so I ended up picking from a Select range. BG select cushion is still very beautiful, upon those little complains I would still purchase from BGD.
